  • Kwasi Lee | Founder & Transformational Human Experience Coach

    Kwasi brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to their role as the founder of Chasing Tomorrow, an organization dedicated to supporting young adults in navigating mental health challenges. With over a decade of leadership experience, Kwasi combines a results-driven mindset with a deep passion for personal transformation and holistic well-being.

    Currently, Kwasi serves as a senior operational asset manager in the renewable energy sector, overseeing over $100 million in assets and exemplifying excellence in leadership and strategic problem-solving. Previously, they spent seven years as a USA Basketball Youth Development Specialist and Coach, focusing on the mental aspects of performance, leadership, and mindfulness through sports. These experiences highlight their ability to mentor, inspire, and empower individuals to reach their potential.

    Beyond their professional achievements, Kwasi has worked extensively with men’s groups and mental health organizations, providing resources, support, and referrals to foster community and resilience. As a transformational human experience coach, they draw upon their personal hardships as a foundation for helping others embrace growth and healing. Their holistic practices, including breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, underscore their commitment to fostering peace and balance in the lives of others.

  • Monty Marsh | Board Member

    Monty Marsh is a multi-talented entrepreneur, executive, writer, director, and producer with a deep passion for storytelling and innovation. He began his career in business development at Cinemedia Film AG's North American Film Finance Division before transitioning to the creative side of the industry. With a degree in economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Monty has a unique understanding of both the financial and artistic aspects of film and entertainment.

    Monty is known for his cross-disciplinary thinking and his ability to work across mediums, platforms, and genres. His understanding of culture and his soul-level desire to create work at the intersection of movement, fashion, technology, and film has led him to his recent position as Executive Director of SoLa Studios. He is a visionary whose work has broadened to include empowering youth by creating pipelines from training to placement across the entertainment industry.
