Kwasi Lee | Founder & Transformational Human Experience Coach
Kwasi brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to his role as the founder of Chasing Tomorrow, an organization dedicated to supporting young adults in navigating mental health challenges. With over a decade of leadership experience, Kwasi combines a results-driven mindset with a deep passion for personal transformation and holistic well-being.
Currently, Kwasi serves as a senior operational asset manager in the renewable energy sector, overseeing over $100 million in assets and exemplifying excellence in leadership and strategic problem-solving. Previously, he spent seven years as a coach and USA Basketball Youth Development Specialist, focusing on the mental aspects of performance, leadership, and mindfulness through sports. These experiences highlight his ability to mentor, inspire, and empower individuals to reach their potential.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kwasi has worked extensively with men’s groups and mental health organizations, providing resources, support, and referrals to foster community and resilience. As a transformational human experience coach, he draws upon his personal hardships as a foundation for helping others embrace growth and healing. His holistic practices, including breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, underscore his commitment to fostering peace and balance in the lives of others.
Through Chasing Tomorrow, Kwasi is dedicated to creating a compassionate and supportive space for young adults to develop confidence, connection, and clarity as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Monty Marsh | Board Member
Monty Marsh is a multi-talented entrepreneur, executive, writer, director, and producer with a deep passion for storytelling and innovation. He began his career in business development at Cinemedia Film AG's North American Film Finance Division before transitioning to the creative side of the industry. With a degree in economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Monty has a unique understanding of both the financial and artistic aspects of film and entertainment.
Monty is known for his cross-disciplinary thinking and his ability to work across mediums, platforms, and genres. His understanding of culture and his soul-level desire to create work at the intersection of movement, fashion, technology, and film has led him to his recent position as Executive Director of SoLa Studios. He is a visionary whose work has broadened to include empowering youth by creating pipelines from training to placement across the entertainment industry.

Vanessa Sanchez | Board Member
With more than 15 years of experience in healing arts, Vanessa Sanchez brings a uniquely grounded and compassionate presence to Chasing Tomorrow as our Youth Programming Director. A licensed massage therapist and founder of My Soul Massage & My Soul’s Emporium, Vanessa has spent her career helping children, teens, and young adults reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems through gentle, intentional, and trauma-informed care.
Vanessa’s work blends multiple healing modalities — including trauma touch therapy, core synchronization, bioenergy regulation, and energy work — to support emotional awareness, nervous system balance, and mind–body harmony. Her approach is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and deep listening, creating spaces where youth feel safe, seen, and empowered.
Guided by her belief in the transformative power of somatic awareness and holistic healing, Vanessa helps young people understand their emotional landscapes, build resilience, and cultivate confidence from the inside out. She is committed to creating supportive environments where every child can express their truth, explore their inner world, and grow at their own pace.
