Meet Our Team

  • Kwasi Lee | Founder & Transformational Human Experience Coach

Some of the most powerful work happens at the intersection of lived experience and hard-won wisdom. That’s where Kwasi lives.

As the founder of Chasing Tomorrow, Kwasi built something he once needed himself — a compassionate space where young adults can find support, community, and a path forward through mental health challenges. His journey to get here wasn’t linear, and that’s exactly the point.

By day, Kwasi oversees an extensive portfolio in renewable energy assets as a senior operational asset manager — a role that demands precision, leadership, and long-term vision. But his most formative leadership training came from nearly a decade on the court as a USA Basketball Youth Development Specialist, where he discovered that the real game was never just basketball. It was mindset. Resilience. Identity.

That insight never left him. Over the years, Kwasi has gone deeper — leading men’s groups, partnering with mental health organizations, and training as a transformational human experience coach. He integrates breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness not as buzzwords, but as tools he personally relies on. He knows what it means to carry weight quietly, and he knows what it feels like to finally set it down.

Through Chasing Tomorrow, Kwasi meets young adults exactly where they are — no judgment, no pressure, just real support for building confidence, clarity, and genuine connection.

If any part of his story sounds familiar, you’re exactly who this was built for.
